Sandy River Customs is a Sole Proprietorship  owned and operated by (1) Creative Designer Michael Guadarrama. Sandy River Customs (SRC) offers remote graphic design services to individuals across the country. SRC was created to give all its inquirers the opportunity to receive a Professional Creative Design at a Low Level Cost.

How to use the SRC services?

Step 1: PRESS START A PROJECT!

 

  • When ever you are ready to start a project just Press Start A Project. This button directs you to the Start A Project/Quote page that will enable you to fill out a Project Form.
  • The Project Form is developed to help guide you through building your idea.
  • You can attach references to your form if you already have a creation half completed, sketched, or previously designed.

 

Step 2: EMAILED RESPONSE

 

  • When you hit Submit on the Project Form an email will be sent directly to me, Michael Guadarrama. The email will contain all the information that was placed into the Project Form (you also receive a copy of this data).
  • I will respond within 24 hours of submission. When I respond I may have additional questions to help with the development of the project.

Step 3: PAYMENT

 

  • Once a project is initiated, a working draft of your project will be sent to you. Upon receiving this draft you may choose to continue or withdraw. If you wish to continue, you will be sent an invoice that can be paid at any time (some projects $100.00 & over require a deposit, deposit amount is negotiable).
  • Payment must be made to receive ALL FINAL FILES.

 

STEP 4: APPROVING DRAFTS

 

  • The funnest job of all. When receiving drafts I advise you to allow the creative to sit into the mind. Take time and figure how we can develop the creation further.
  • All customers are allow free revisions. The amount of revisions given for free are based on the complexity of the project. Most project receive a total of 10 FREE revisions.
